Every dome purchase package from us includes the installation of a stainless steel finial (makara) that also serves as a lightning rod.

How can you make sure the dome won’t leak?

We apply a waterproofing system using torch-applied membrane or fiber on the base layer before installing the exterior panels to provide double protection.

What preparations does the mosque committee need to make before installation begins?

The committee only needs to prepare a sturdy dome support (ring beam) and access scaffolding if the installation site is at a certain height.

We use a double-frame system made of galvanized steel pipes, designed using structural calculations to withstand wind loads and the weight of the materials.

What is the standard thickness of the metal sheets used by Jaya Indah Kubah?

Our standard sheet thickness ranges from 0.7 mm to 1.0 mm for enamel panels, adjusted according to the dome’s diameter to ensure structural stability.

Is the metal used rust-resistant?

Yes, we use high-quality steel sheets coated with a rust-resistant finish (Zincalume) for Galvalume and a porcelain coating for Enamel to ensure a long service life.

What is the main difference between enamel and galvalum?

Enamel material retains its color for up to 20 years due to a high-temperature firing process, while Galvalum is more economical yet still offers excellent corrosion resistance.
